At Chef André Brauer's Viennese gourmet restaurant "Efeukron," knives are sharpened every day—literally for cooking, but also proverbially for each other. While the well-heeled clientele dines in refined style, a toxic working atmosphere and military morals prevail in Brauer's kitchen: If someone in the "brigade" falls, the next person in the hierarchy moves up!
