You must be at least 13 years old to create a Cinephilist account. By registering, you confirm that your birth year is accurate and that you accept these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk.
Subscriptions and Taxes
Paid subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat Billing and its connected payment gateway. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location.
User Content
You retain ownership of reviews, lists, comments, and other content you submit. You grant Cinephilist a license to host, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
Third-Party Data
Cinephilist uses TMDB data and YouTube embeds. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Copyright
Do not upload or submit content that infringes another person's rights. Copyright takedown notices can be submitted through the DMCA process at /dmca.
Termination
You may delete your account from account settings. We may terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or legal compliance reasons.
