Masaaki Mizunaka (水中 雅章, Mizunaka Masaaki) es un actor de voz (seiyuu) japonés nacido el 20 de enero de 1990 en Iwakuni, prefectura de Yamaguchi. Desde pequeño soñaba con trabajar en un zoológico, pero su vocación cambió al quedar fascinado por el doblaje de la serie estadounidense Full House, especialmente por la interpretación de Hochu Otsuka. Este descubrimiento lo llevó a estudiar en la sede de Hiroshima de la Yoyogi Animation Academy, donde comenzó a forjar su carrera como seiyuu. Debutó profesionalmente en 2014 y desde entonces ha prestado su voz a una amplia variedad de personajes en anime, videojuegos y doblajes. Su primer papel protagonista llegó en 2018 con el personaje de Diablo en Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo no Dorei Majutsu, donde demostró una notable capacidad para alternar registros vocales sin necesidad de cortes en la grabación.
