While they're waiting for an ambulance, Kiyomasa and his thugs get in their way. In order to protect Draken, Takemichi challenges Kiyomasa one on one to settle things with him once and for all.

As he leaves, Hanma warns Mikey of the creation of Valhalla and the fact that he's the vice commander of this new gang.

After reuniting with Naoto, he finds out that Hina is alive, and they go to see her. Right before they're supposed to see her, Takemichi starts having some doubts because he's embarrassed at the fact that he hadn't changed at all and suddenly says he doesn't want to see her.

Takemichi goes back to the past with a new mission: to protect Baji so that this tragedy doesn't happen.

But then, a rather surprising person came to Mikey's aid.

Baji had been fighting all alone to protect the promise they made the day they created their gang and put their money together to buy a traffic safety charm.
