Jett and Dizzy deliver a package of harmless hair dyes and a grooming kit to a girl named Olenca in Cusco, Peru. Olenca wants to dye her pet alpacas with the pretty colours. The twisty turny, steep streets of Cusco turn out to be too difficult for the Super Wings to navigate and Jett calls World Aircraft for help.
