Everyone is silenced by Little Mo's appearance in court and Billy discusses with Alfie how worried he is about handling the situation with her. He knows that Little Mo hasn't told her solicitor that Freddie is Graham's son and tries to talk to her, but she is confused. Billy broaches the subject of Graham being able to have custody of Freddie if he is let off the charge - something that Mo hadn't previously considered. Meanwhile, Stacey preens herself and asks Garry to sleep with her. Garry refuses, reminding her that she is only 15.
