Gator De St. Jeor
Gabriel Gator Guilbeau
Chef Gabriel Guilbeau from the TV series Yellowstone now goes solely by his nickname, “Gator." “My mom even calls me Gator,” he told me. For about five years, Guilbeau has served as head of craft services for projects by director Taylor Sheridan. But the 30-year-old caught the public eye with his appearances in 12 episodes of the hit show Yellowstone. “I’d never acted before,” Guilbeau said. When Sheridan wrote him into his first scene, he admitted to “shaking in my boots.” While Guilbeau’s on-screen persona as the Dutton family chef is newer territory, his affinity for cooking was generations in the making. Guilbeau’s paternal ancestors migrated to Acadiana—a region in Louisiana known as Cajun Country—with the first wave of French people exiled from Canada in the 18th century. The region is “where all the best food in America is,” Guilbeau said. Guilbeau described his father as “the black sheep” of his family for marrying a woman of non-Cajun descent and pursuing a profession outside of agriculture. Instead, Guilbeau’s dad ran the historic Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, CO, which was the inspiration for the hotel in Stephen King’s The Shining.

Barry Switzer
Born October 5, 1937, in Crossett, Arkansas, Barry Layne Switzer grew up under difficult circumstances, losing his mother to suicide in 1959 and his father to murder in 1972. He accepted an athletic scholarship to the University of Arkansas, where he played center and linebacker, joined Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, and served as a "Tri-Captain" during his senior season in 1959. He led the Razorbacks to a 9-2 record, a share of the Southwest Conference championship, and a victory over Georgia Tech in the 1960 Gator Bowl, finishing ranked ninth nationally in head coach Frank Broyles' second season. After graduation and a brief stint in the U.S. Army, Switzer returned to Arkansas as an assistant coach under Broyles. In 1966, Switzer moved to the University of Oklahoma as an assistant under head coach Jim Mackenzie. Following Mackenzie's fatal heart attack in 1967, Switzer continued as offensive coordinator under Chuck Fairbanks. Coaching strengths included exceptional recruiting ability, particularly in Texas, innovative offensive schemes, and the capacity to build deep personal relationships with players. As offensive coordinator, Switzer perfected the wishbone offense, developing it into the most prolific rushing attack in college football history. Under his coordination, Oklahoma set an NCAA rushing record of 472 yards per game in 1971 and scored over 500 points in both 1971 and 1986. Switzer became Oklahoma's head coach in 1973 and led the Sooners to undefeated seasons in 1973 and 1974, winning national championships in 1974, 1975, and 1985. The team won or shared the Big Eight Conference championship every year from 1973 to 1980. During a 1972 game against Ole Miss while serving as offensive coordinator, Switzer's wishbone attack orchestrated a dramatic last-second victory when quarterback hit running back Brad Davis for a touchdown as time expired, winning 17-16. His 1985 national championship team featured future NFL stars Keith Jackson, Jamelle Holieway, and Brian Bosworth. After resigning from Oklahoma in 1989 amid NCAA probation, Switzer was hired by the Dallas Cowboys in 1994, succeeding Jimmy Johnson. He led Dallas to victory in Super Bowl XXX against the Pittsburgh Steelers, making him the second coach to win both a college national championship and a Super Bowl. Switzer compiled a 157-29-4 record (.837 winning percentage) at Oklahoma and 45-26 (.634) in the NFL, ranking among the highest winning percentages in college football history. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2002.

Gábor Csupó
Director · Producer · Executive Producer · Known for Bridge to Terabithia, Hey Arnold!, Rugrats
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Gábor Csupó (born 29 September 1952) is a Hungarian-born animator and co-founder of the animation studio Klasky Csupo, which has produced shows like Rugrats, Duckman, and Aaahh!!! Real Monsters. He was born in Budapest, Hungary, in 1952, and after four years at the Pannónia animation studios, emigrated to the West in 1975. While working in Sweden he met Arlene Klasky, an American-born animator. The two subsequently started their own company, Klasky Csupo, which produced many popular animated television shows. He was credited as "animation executive producer" and "supervising animation director" for several episodes of The Simpsons[4] in the early seasons before the show switched over to Film Roman. His record label, Tone Casualties, founded in 1994, released several industrial, noise, ambient and experimental music releases, including discs by Holger Czukay, Drew Neumann, Paul Schütze, Kuroi Mori, Borut Kržišnik, Wahorn, Controlled Bleeding and his own works. He also directed two live action films outside of Klasky Csupo: Bridge to Terabithia for Walt Disney Pictures, and The Secret of Moonacre for Warner Bros. and Lionsgate. The character design of Dr. Nick Riviera (from The Simpsons) is based somewhat on Csupó. The animators mistakenly believed the character's voice actor, Hank Azaria, was impersonating Gábor, when in fact the voice was actually a bad imitation of Ricky Ricardo from I Love Lucy.
