Stuart Thorp

Stuart Thorp is a stunt coordinator and performer. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, Thorp's notable film credits include serving as the stunt coordinator for James Cameron's "Avatar" (2009) and its sequel "Avatar: The Way of Water" (2022), as well as for "Zero Dark Thirty" (2012), "Evil Dead Rise" (2023), and "Skyscraper" (2018). He has also worked as an assistant stunt coordinator on films like "Jungle Cruise" (2019) and "The Meg" (2018). In television, Thorp has made significant contributions as the stunt coordinator for series such as "Ash vs Evil Dead" (2015–2018) and "Spartacus" (2010–2013), where he also served as a second-unit director. His early career includes stunt work on iconic films such as the "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy, the "The Chronicles of Narnia" series, and "King Kong" (2005). Beyond his on-screen work, Thorp holds a leadership position as the President of the Stunt Guild of New Zealand.

Theodore "Ted" Raimi (born December 14, 1965) is an American character actor, director and writer. He is known for his roles in the works of his brother Sam Raimi, including a fake Shemp in The Evil Dead, possessed Henrietta in Evil Dead II, and Ted Hoffman in the Spider-Man trilogy. He later reprised his role as Henrietta in the television series Ash vs. Evil Dead, in which he also played the character Chet Kaminski. He is also known for his roles as Lieutenant JG Tim O'Neill in seaQuest DSV, his recurring role as the merchant in Legend of the Seeker and Joxer the Mighty in both Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. Marcus Gilbert

Marcus Gilbert (1958 - 2026) was a British actor, known for his roles in Jilly Cooper's Riders and Army of Darkness (Evil Dead 3). He appeared in films including A Hazard of Hearts (1987), A Ghost in Monte Carlo (1990), Biggles (1986), Rambo III (1988) and Legacy (1990), and on television and in commercials. He also worked in the theatre, including playing the young Viscount Goring in Oscar Wilde's An Ideal Husband with the Middle Ground Theatre Company on their national tour in 2000. In 2006, Gilbert starred as Jordan Power in the world premiere of Starry Starry Night, at The Mill at Sonning. After training at the Mountview Theatre School (graduated 1981 - alumni), Gilbert became a founder member of the original Odyssey Theatre Company touring London schools with productions of contemporary classics. This was followed by seasons at the Dundee Repertory Theatre and the Library Theatre, Manchester. He made over 50 commercials including one for Lee Jeans called Mean Jeans, directed by Willi Patterson, which won the best cinema commercial award in 1986. Gilbert also ran his own film production company, Touch The Sky Productions, and while making a documentary about his climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in 2004 he visited the Arusha Children's Trust in Tanzania and filmed an appeal for the trust. Gilbert was married to Homaa Khan from 1992 until her death in 2020. Together they had two children. In 2023 it was announced that Gilbert was in a relationship with Lysette Anthony, his co-star from A Ghost in Monte Carlo over thirty years earlier. Gilbert passed away on 11th January 2026 following a long battle with cancer.

Trevor Martin

Trevor Martin is a Canadian actor and writer based out of Toronto. He co-wrote the feature films A Little Bit Zombie and Patch Town, and the stage plays Night of the Living Dead Live and Cannibal! The Musical with his writing partner, Christopher Bond. His stage credits include the Toronto and Just For Laughs casts Evil Dead, the Musical! and the Canadian National tour of Stephen Harper the Musical.

Scott Spiegel (December 10, 1957 – August 20, 2025) was an American screenwriter, film director, producer and actor. He is best known for co-writing the screenplay for the movie Evil Dead II with longtime friend, film director Sam Raimi, with whom he attended Wylie E. Groves High School in Birmingham, Michigan. Spiegel played the role of Scotty in Raimi's Within the Woods, which served as a precursor to The Evil Dead. When Spiegel first moved to Los Angeles, he shared a house in with directors Raimi and Joel Coen, producer Ethan Coen and actresses Holly Hunter, Frances McDormand and Kathy Bates. He shared yet another house with roommate and film editor Bob Murawski (Spider-Man). In the early 1990s, he introduced film director Quentin Tarantino to producer Lawrence Bender, who helped Tarantino get Reservoir Dogs made. Spiegel grew up in what was then "rural" Birmingham, Michigan. He attended Walnut Lake Elementary school and then went on to attend West Maple Jr. High School. It was here that Scott met Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell. Spiegel worked at the local grocery market across from Walnut Lake Elementary School and it is from this market that Scott would later draw upon the memories to come up with classic scenes that would eventually be worked into many of the scenes of the movies he would either write or direct. In 1999, Spiegel directed the direct-to-video sequel to From Dusk Till Dawn, Texas Blood Money. Spiegel formed the production company Raw Nerve with film directors Eli Roth, and Boaz Yakin.
