It was shot in Louisiana in spring 2010 and was accepted into the main (U.S. Dramatic) competition at Sundance 2011. Bought by IFC, it will have its theatrical release in the U.S. in early summer. The film deals with an intellectual, personal, and ultimately fatal feud between an atheist and an evangelical Christian. Matthew Chapman's mother Clare was the daughter of the philosophy professor and author Francis Cornford and poet Frances Cornford (née Darwin), and through his maternal grandmother he is a great-great grandson of Charles Darwin. His father, Cecil Chapman, was the son of the noted physicist and astronomer, Sydney Chapman, responsible for early research on the nature of the ozone layer. Chapman has written widely on the creation-evolution controversy in the US, particularly the case of Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District, in which 11 parents successfully sued the school district to prevent them from reading a required statement aloud in ninth-grade science classes whenever evolution was taught. He has written and directed six films, written numerous screenplays, had articles published in Harper's magazine, and is the author of two books, "Trials Of The Monkey - An Accidental Memoir" and "40 Days and 40 Nights - Darwin, Intelligent Design, God, OxyContin, and Other Oddities on Trial in Pennsylvania" He is married to documentary film producer, Denise Dummont, with whom he has a daughter, Anna Bella Charles Darwin Teixeira Chapman, and a stepson, Diogo Marzo. His co-founders were fellow screenwriter Shawn Lawrence Otto, CEO of the organization, science writer Chris Mooney, marine biologist and science blogger Sheril Kirshenbaum, noted physicist Lawrence Krauss, and philosopher Austin Dacey. The organization was formed to pressure the presidential candidates to hold a debate on science and technology issues. Almost 40,000 people signed onto the website ScienceDebate2008.com in support of the idea, including many Nobel laureates, hundreds of universities, university presidents, dozens of science publications, business leaders and innovators, and practically every major science organization in America. Although the candidates did not agree to the two televised debates proposed by Science Debate 2008, both Obama and McCain did participate in an online written version, providing detailed responses to the "14 Top Science Questions Facing America," a list suggested by the organization's members. Several of the earliest supporters of Science Debate are now in the Obama administration, including Energy Secretary Steven Chu, NOAA Director Jane Lubchenco, and Presidential Science Advisor John Holdren. The organization continues to advocate for more discussion of science in public life, is expanding into education, and intends to hold debates in the mid-terms and in 2012 while developing a greater international profile. Debates modeled on the Science Debate initiative either have or will take place in Italy, Germany, and Sweden. Matthew Chapman remains its President. Matthew Chapman currently lives in New York.

Christian Bach
Cast · Known for Soledad
In her childhood she studied ballet and jazz, later, as a teenager, she began to take acting classes and from the age of 16 she captured the attention of producers. In spite of dedicating herself to the artistic medium, the actress decided to study law, where she had a professional training, which she complemented with the learning of English, French and Russian. At the end of her career, she worked in the Argentinean soap opera El amor tiene cara de mujer, at which time Valentín Pimstein, a renowned Chilean producer of Mexican soap operas, who was in Argentina, discovered Bach's talent. After two years of negotiations, the producer convinced Christian Bach to travel to Mexico to have some participations in the soap opera Veronica, in 1979. Later, she was included in the second stage of Los ricos también lloran, where she played Edith González's mother. The actress continued with firm steps with Colorina y Soledad, a production in which she met the man who would become her husband, Humberto Zurita, a person who, besides becoming her partner, began to accompany her professionally. Another of her most outstanding projects was Bodas de Odio, in 1984, where she played Magdalena Mendoza, a young woman who is in love with a modest soldier, but is forced by her mother to marry a man of high society. Years after this melodrama ended, producer Ernesto Alonso would give her the dress she wore in the finale of this telenovela so that she could marry Humberto Zurita in real life in 1996. In 1996, another success would come to her career but as a producer, Cañaveral de Pasiones was placed in the first places of audience with this story starring Daniela Castro, Juan Soler and Francisco Gattorno. In this telenovela, her son Sebastián Zurita would make his artistic debut. In Televisa she produced Bajo un mismo rostro, telenovela with which she would say goodbye to the company and would begin to have one of the most important changes in her life at a professional level, moving to TV Azteca. At TV Azteca she would begin one of Christian's most ambitious projects, La chacala, where she participated as producer and protagonist, playing three characters: Hilda, Liliana and Delia. After finishing, she continued behind the scenes with Azul Tequila, where she gave her first opportunity to Bárbara Mori, with El candidato and La calle de las novias. After almost four years of not starring in a telenovela, she reappeared in Agua y Aceite with Humberto Zurita, the last project of the production company Zuba, a partnership between the couple. After finishing this project, the couple decided to travel to Miami, United States, where they lived. In 2017, Bach and her husband announced her retirement from the screen. By that time, the actress's health was deteriorated by a rare degenerative disease. Her last years were spent with her family at home. George South
American professional wrestler. In the course of his career, South has wrestled for professional wrestling promotions such as Jim Crockett Promotions, World Championship Wrestling and the World Wrestling Entertainment. South started wrestling in 1985 in the NWA's Jim Crockett Promotions (JCP). He was used as enhancement talent but he always got in some offense and was very good at getting heel heat with the fans. He was also Ric Flair's favorite journeyman to wrestle as Flair considered him a great worker. South also worked with Gary Royal in the masked jobber tag teams the Cruel Connection, Mexican Twin Devils and the Gladiators. As the Gladiators, South and Royal jobbed for Bill and Randy Mulkey giving the perennial jobber tag team their only televised win on World Championship Wrestling. South wrestled in Georgia Championship Wrestling and captured his NWA Georgia Junior Heavyweight Championship in 1986 in between stops for JCP. For a brief time, South also wrestled as a preliminary wrestler in World Wrestling Federation in the late 1980s. South was the top heel in the Pro Wrestling Federation that ran from 1992 until 1999 in the Carolinas. He mainly feuded with his arch-rival, The Italian Stallion, who promoted the company with some help from South. In the 1990s, South worked as enhancement talent for World Championship Wrestling. South is a born-again Christian and says one of his biggest thrills was passing a Christian tract to Hulk Hogan in WCW who told him he needed it. In 1999 three full-color cartoon tracts were produced for South entitled The Greatest Match Ever, Who is Your Tag-Team Partner?, and Who Are You Wrestling Against?, illustrated by comics artist Steven Butler, packaged by The Nate Butler Studio, and published by PowerMark Productions. South in 2011 When the PWF closed in 1999, South opened his own promotion called the Exodus Wrestling Alliance. He still runs shows as of 2005 in the Mid-Atlantic area and participates in Christianity/wrestling shows with Nikita Koloff and Ted DiBiase. One of his gimmicks is the fact that he gets heel heat from the fans by sticking his tongue out at them and taunting them about how he is manhandling their hero in the ring. He is proud of the fact that he does not have to get crude, use profanity, or become vulgar to get heel heat. An important part of South's modern day matches are moves and performances intended to pay tribute to the great wrestling stars of the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, including Wahoo McDaniel, Blackjack Mulligan, Brute Bernard, Two Ton Harris, Paul Jones, Ricky Steamboat, Tully Blanchard, the Anderson Brothers, and others. South's most significant recent match was against Brad Armstrong in Spartanburg, SC, at the Wrestling Night of Legends II. In 2013, South participated in the Brad Armstrong Memorial Event, in a tag-team match alongside Bob Orton Jr. against Tim Horner and Tom Prichard. During the match, Orton and South didn't get along too well to the point South tried to sucker-punch Orton, Orton would later enter the ring and superplex South, letting Horner pin South while Orton was walking down the ramp. South trains up and comers at the Rings wrestling training facility in Charlotte, North Carolina on Tuesdays. His son, George South Jr., is also now a wrestler.
