When a magical tornado whisks Dorothy and her friends away, Tom and Jerry find themselves following in their footsteps, tumbling through a swirling vortex and landing in the fantastical, technicolor Land of Oz. But this isn't the Oz they've heard about; it's a world in peril, threatened by a wicked witch seeking to steal its sparkle.
