Overview

Cady Heron, a bright and adaptable teen raised in the African savanna, navigates the treacherous social jungle of North Shore High School. Armed with a sharp mind and a surprisingly naive outlook, she finds herself drawn into the orbit of the school's apex predators: the impossibly stylish and ruthlessly popular "Plastics." As Cady attempts to survive their capricious reign, she discovers that the laws of the jungle are nothing compared to the brutal hierarchy of teenage girlhood, and that the quest for acceptance can lead to the most unexpected transformations.
