Overview

In the twilight years of the Qing Dynasty, a young Ip Man arrives in Hong Kong, a city teeming with opportunity and shrouded in danger. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a desire to hone his martial arts, he enrolls at the prestigious Sanford University. But beneath the veneer of academic pursuit, a shadowy underworld festers, controlled by ruthless gangs and corrupt officials who prey on the vulnerable.
