Overview

Caesar, ever the cunning strategist, hatches a new, insidious plan to conquer Gaul without shedding a drop of Roman blood. Instead of outright invasion, he aims to sow discord and undermine the villagers' unwavering spirit by building a luxurious Roman city, "The Mansions of the Gods," right on their doorstep. But when this opulent construction project begins to encroach upon their sacred forest and disrupt their peaceful existence, Asterix and Obelix must find a way to outwit their imperial adversaries and protect their beloved home from this insidious urban sprawl, all while confronting the temptations and absurdities that come with Roman "civilization."
