The team launches an investigation to find out if the man whose name is mentioned in the ransom note really got kidnapped and was the case solved by the police. When they could not find anybody missing by that name, the team wonders if there ever was a kidnapping or is the old man behind this story. When all clues led to a dead end Inspector Asha decides to go undercover to help solve this case. Will CID be successful in saving an innocent man's life?
