When a series of random murder victims are found on the streets of St. Louis, Rachel and the VCTF team believe the slayer is a military veteran who uses weapons of opportunity, and their focus shifts to an incoherent, ranting homeless person (guest star Jeremy Roberts)who fits the profile.
