Franz is worried about Stefanie's shares, and Rian promises to sell them to At - but only if Gideon tells the truth about his affair with Stefanie. Bea becomes pro-active in her job, despite opposition in the workplace. Veronica tells Dylan that Elise is in love with him, and Elise thinks it's all very funny.
